South cinema stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are officially married, tying the knot on February 26, 2026, in Udaipur amid a beautifully blended set of traditions. The couple’s wedding — celebrated as the long-awaited “VIROSH” wedding — took place in the scenic Aravalli hills and honoured both their cultural roots, with a traditional Andhra ceremony in the morning followed by Kodava (Coorg) rituals later in the day.

The morning ceremony began around 8 am at ITC Hotels, Ekaaya, where the couple exchanged vows in the presence of family and close friends. Journalist Sreedhar Pillai wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Finally #VijayDeverakonda got married to #RashmikaMandanna today morning at 10:10 AM. Wishing the lovely couple all the best.”

After the ceremony, in a gesture that delighted the media on site, the couple ensured that paparazzi and media personnel were included in the celebrations. Their teams distributed special sweet boxes outside the venue — the Kaju Katli boxes had a photo of the actress Rashmika Mandanna on them.

The multi-day festivities began on February 24 with relaxed pool games, an elegant dinner and an informal cricket match dubbed the “VIROSH Premier League.” Ahead of the wedding morning, Vijay’s friends performed his hit songs at the Sangeet, and it was reported that Vijay’s mother presented heirloom bangles to Rashmika as a meaningful family blessing. Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies also took place, with joyful moments captured in photos shared by the couple featuring decorative paper flowers.

While the main wedding was intimate, the pair are preparing a grand reception for their film fraternity on March 4, 2026, at Taj Krishna.
